Marcus Karten has almost three decades of experience in IT and logistics. After graduating as an industrial engineer, he first explored the world of IT, including at Computacenter and as Director of eCommerce at Lycos. In 2004, he moved into logistics, where he started at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Europe and later expanded the business in the USA and Asia, with a strong focus on tech & electronics and fashion & beauty. Today, Marcus is responsible for international business development for B2C and B2B fulfilment and supply chain solutions in the fashion & lifestyle sector at FIEGE Logistics.

Oliver Lucas has been active as an entrepreneur in the fields of e-commerce, digitalisation and logistics since 2003. With "NFQ Solutions", he advises companies independently on digitalisation and e-commerce projects, both from a strategic perspective and in terms of implementation.
Over the past 25 years, he has been responsible for both the client and the service provider perspective in various companies, always in a management role, and has built up broad expertise in the areas of logistics, IT architecture, processes, agency world, organisation and digital strategy.
Mr. Lucas has extensive management experience and has developed business units and organisations with entrepreneurial responsibility. Oliver Lucas is an accomplished speaker and moderator and one of the top 20 eCommerce influencers. He is co-founder of the "Mission TOP5" initiative for more digitalisation in SMEs, as well as Chairman of the D2C Expert Forum at Crossbordercommerce, jury member of the Logivisor Award and regularly publishes statements and articles in trade magazines and journals.
